2018年7月に発生した西日本豪雨では、記録的な大雨により岡山県でも、大きな被害が発生しました。こうした多様化・激甚化する災害には、日頃からの「備え」が大切です。

岡山県では、要配慮者である外国人の防災対策について、「外国人住民のための防災ガイドブック」を作成し、5ヶ国版で公開しています（英語・中国語・韓国語・ポルトガル語・ベトナム語）。
